Selection process at Khazar University is a rigorous, three-stage process consisting of screening, application review and interviews of semifinalists.

Applications are submitted directly to the International Affairs Office and should be sent either to international@khazar.org or by post along with all required documents. Please consult the list of requirements for selected level of study before submitting your application. Incomplete and late applications will not be considered.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: All documents issued in another language must be translated into English by either an official translation service or your university/college.

- Standardized English Language Test Scores (valid TOEFL/IELTS scores: expired scores are not accepted)

- At Least Two Reference Letters
Optional:
- Standardized English Language Test Scores (valid TOEFL/IELTS scores: expired scores are not accepted)
PhD Admission Requirements
- PhD Application for Admission Form (click to download)
- Master Degree Certificate or Diploma
- Academic Transcripts of Records
- A Research Proposal outlining the PhD research that you want to conduct
- List of Publications
- At least two/three references from individuals who can evaluate applicant's academic or professional skills and experience
- Copy of International Passport
- Medical Examination Certificate
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Resume
- Proven English Language Skills in Reading and Writing. Standardized English language test scores are not compulsory. However, the applicants with standardized scores (valid TOEFL/IELTS scores) will have competitive advantage
