Requirements

Qualification

• BS or MS in CS with relevant industry experience.

Experience

• Experience at developing backend RESTFUL JSON APIs.
• Experience of JAVA EE (JPA, JPQL), JSON, MySQL (or other SQL) is required.
• Understanding best code practices, design patterns, complexity, blocking/non-blocking IO
• Knowledge of Play Framework will be a plus.
• Experience using Version control (i.e.: GIT, GitHub)
• Ability to write clean, modular, robust code that implements the system requirements.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
• Desire to learn, explore creative solutions and innovate using emerging technologies.
• Ability to rapidly and independently master new technologies.
• Flexibility to work in a startup environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
