Certificate Training Program at IMS, UoP
Continuing its mission to contribute to human and institutional capacity building of the region, Institute of Management Studies, University of Peshawar has once again proudly announced admissions in a number of courses under its Certificate Training Program, September 2015 session. The program has been run successfully for five batches, graduating hundreds of professionals from private, public and social sectors.
Under the new admissions, sixth batch, a number of new certificates courses have been introduced to the portfolio, which currently includes ten certificate courses. To facilitate needs of working professionals, the courses are offered on weekends only.
Application on prescribed forms are invited for certification in the following areas:
- Project Management
- Managing Projects Using Microsoft® Project 2013
- Managing Projects Using Oracle Primavera P6
- NGO Management and Social Sector Development
- Human Resource Management
- Supply Chain & Logistics Management
- Audit and Taxation
- Islamic Banking
- Research Methodology
- Community Organization and Development
Eligibility Requirements:
Individuals having Masters’ Degree will be given preference; students with bachelors’ degree with experience are also eligible to apply. Applicants should have at least 2.5 CGPA or equivalent from HEC recognized University/Degree Awarding Institution. Merit will be determined on the basis of academic qualification and experience. For other matters, the admission rules of the Institute of Management Studies (IMS), University of Peshawar as prescribed will be applicable. Commencement of a specific course will be contingent upon the number of desired applicants.
