 Scholarship Opportunity
Khazar University offers two 
scholarship programs for high-achieving international students. Each 
program is designed for a specific group of applicants – please check 
the requirements to find out which one you are eligible for. Only one 
program could be selected. 
Khazar University International Scholarship Program
 (KUISP) is a merit-based scholarship extended to nationals of all 
countries and available for potential students at both undergraduate 
(bachelor) and graduate (master and PhD) levels of study. For more

Scholarships for International Baccalaureate (IB) Students
Khazar University recognizes the 
excellent preparation that the IB program provides, and welcomes 
graduates of the IB diploma program to apply for admission and 
scholarships. Students who are still completing their final year of the

Selection process at Khazar University 
is a rigorous, three-stage process consisting of screening, application 
review and interviews of semifinalists.

Applications are submitted directly to the International Affairs Office and should be sent either to international@khazar.org
 or by post along with all required documents. Please consult the list 
of requirements for selected level of study before submitting your 
application. Download the checklist to make sure that you are submitting a full application package.Incomplete and late applications will not be considered.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:  All
 documents issued in another language must be translated into English by
 either an official translation service or your university/college.

 - A Research Proposal outlining the PhD research that you want to conduct
 - List of Publications
 - Two references from individuals who can evaluate applicant's academic or professional skills and experience
 - Copy of International Passport
 - Medical Examination Certificate
 - Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Resume
 - Proven English Language Skills in Reading and Writing. Standardized English language test scores are not compulsory. However, the applicants with standardized scores (valid TOEFL/IELTS scores) will have competitive advantage.
